Radio personality, TV host, author, actor and photographer best known for his radio show, Howard Stern gained recognition in the 1990’s when he was given the name, “shock jock.” Howard is an outspoken and sometimes controversial host. In 2006, Howard moved The Howard Stern Show to Sirius XM, once again signing another 5-year contract in 2010.
Howard developed his on air-personality when he held a position at WRNW in Briarcliff Manor, WCCC in Hartford and WWWW in Detroit. His current co-host Robin Quivers met at WWDC and then moved to WNBC in New York. Celebrity Speaker Howard Stern’s radio show is the most fined radio program and has won Billboard’s National Syndicated Air Personality of the Year award eight times. He is one of the highest-paid figures in radio.
Since 1987, Celebrity Speaker Howard Stern has hosted many late night TV shows, pay-per-view events and home video releases. He is an author of two books and one has been adapted into a film. In 2011, Howard joined America’s Got Talent as a judge, replacing Piers Morgan. After four seasons, Howard announced he would be leaving the show, hoping to pursue another TV venture.
