Montel Williams

Most people know Montel as the host of The Montel Williams Show that aired for 17 years. On the show, Montel engaged in audience questions and held meaningful discussions about communication, family and personal struggles.

He is the winner of the 1996 Daytime Emmy Award, the Outstanding Talk Show in 2001 and the Outstanding Talk Show Host in 2002. In 2010, Montel became the spokesperson for the Poker Training Network and is now currently a spokesperson for MoneyMutual, a payday lending service.

In 1999, Montel Williams made his heartfelt announcement about his diagnosis of MS and has since been an advocate for raising money and awareness for MS research. He has been the spokesperson for Partnership for Prescription Assistance since 2006. Montel has also been an outspoken advocate for U.S. military veterans and publicly lobbied for government action to resolve the Veterans Affair Scandal. An avid snowboarder, Montel has four children and resides in New York City. Montel Williams is available for speaking engagements, personal appearances, and public service announcements.
