Miranda Kerr

Victoria’s Secret model, Australian native, and celebrity speaker Miranda Kerr began her career in the fashion industry at the young age of thirteen. After moving to New York to pursue her career, Kerr was quickly hired by many well-known brands as a runway model and for print ad campaigns including Maybelline New York, Levi’s, Neiman Marcus, Roberto Cavalli, L.A.M.B., Baby Phat, Lisa HO, Alex Perry, and many more. The Maybelline New York print ads featuring Miranda appeared internationally in some of the most popular magazines in the world including Elle, CLEO, Cosmopolitan, and Victoria’s Secret catalogues.

As a professional model, Miranda Kerr has received many accolades throughout her career including being named one of Men’s Health magazine’s 100 Hottest Women of All Time. She was ranked number 6 on AskMen.com’s Top 99 Women in 2013 and was ranked among FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women three years in a row. She has also been handpicked by some of the biggest brands in the fashion industry to model in their shows during Fashion Week. These brands include John Galliano, Chanel, Christian Dior, Stella McCartney, Prada, and Lanvin.

Off the runway, Kerr is also an author of two inspirational self-help books for teenage girls. In 2010 she released her first book, Treasure Yourself: Power Thoughts for My Generation, which aims to promote self-esteem in young women through lessons on self-confidence and inner beauty. Her second book, entitled Empower Yourself, is set to release in 2014.

Throughout her career, Miranda has appeared on several television talk shows including Chelsea Handler’s show, Chelsea Lately, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, NBC’s Today Show, The Talk, Good Morning America, Fox and Friends, and Entertainment Tonight. She also starred in an episode of the sitcom How I Met Your Mother, joining fellow Victoria’s Secret Angels Marisa Miller, Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima, and Alessandra Ambrosio.
