Jeannie Mai

Fashion celebrity speaker Jeannie Mai is known for being a makeup artist working for such celebrities as Rosario Dawson, Christina Aguilera, and Alicia Keys. Jeannie’s career as a makeup artist began at the age of 18 when she began training for MAC Cosmetics in her hometown of San Jose. After traveling the world working for MAC Cosmetics, Jeannie Mai would find new talents while working as a celebrity makeup artist for KCAL Los Angeles, Good Morning Sacramento, and MTV’s Total Request Live. While on the sets of these television programs, Mai became interested in becoming an on-air talent herself. With self-written scripts, Jeannie auditioned for hosting roles on local networks and finally landed her first on-air job co-hosting Stir, an Asian American Magazine style show.

From there, fashion celebrity speaker Jeannie Mai developed into an actress, television personality, and fashion expert, serving as host on USA’s Character Fantasy and, more notably, Style Network’s hit series How Do I Look? which is a makeover show that takes normal people who are classified as fashion victims and gives them a new wardrobe. With her expertise in fashion, Jeannie has also appeared in fashion segments and as a correspondent on E! Network’s The Daily 10, NBC’s Extra TV and Today Show’s Fashion Tips Today segments, as well as the Miss Universe Pageant. Most recently, Jeannie Mai landed the role as a cohost on Fox’s talk show, The Real, on which Mai joins fellow hosts Tamera Mowry, Adrienne Bailon, Tamar Braxton, and Loni Love.
